Default 1995 Integra Ls Questions!

Sup guys-- Just had a few quick questions for the 95 Ls 4 door I bought.. Not my first choice for a car right now, but we will make it work out!

-My headlights are not that bright, any recommendations for a brand to replace them? I don't want to spend that much $, but want something that will last and allow me to see better at night!

-Is there anything that can be done to engine that will improve gas mileage? There is 137,000 on it and runs really good, just curious!!

Thanks for any help that I can get!!

wagner makes bulbs called tru-views that are really great for what u want...they run like 13 bucks a piece and the advantage over regular bulbs is that they give off a pure white light as opposed to the standard yellow...other than that u could get the sylvania trustars or something like that.

and if ya wanna improve gas mileage a good shot is droppin a kn filter into your car...i picked up 6 miles to a gallon on my chev pickup and 4 on a chrysler i used to own and 6 on my 454 mud truck

A full tuneup if it haven't had one for the last 60,000 miles or so....new fuel filter, air filter, plugs, wires, etc.

Also, check the timing belt for any damage or wear. If it looks as if it hasn't been replaced for a while, do it. A broken timing belt is very bad news. A full tuneup is a great idea too if your gas mileage sucks (especially now-a-days when gas is approaching $3.00/gal).

I had Sylvania Xtravisions in before I went with a HID kit. They are, hands-down, the best value bulb at $17 for a pair at Walmart. :exnbp:
