How do you usually drive your car (in Vtec a lot or not)? What octane do you put in?

I am usually pretty easy on it, with a few spirited drives. 91 from Chevron.

Nice mileage. I am also keeping a gas log, but it isn't anywhere as detailed as yours. I am getting around 24 mpg with my GSR.

Not really. I wind her out to 8k daily with normal shifts at 4.5k.

I just keep her in great running condition. h:

Shmoo...im getting what your getting and im fully stock cept CAI. Normally shift before 5k, 8k shifts every now and again...most i ever got was 30mpg @ 80mph average going to md.

But normal back road riding, and city driving i get aobut 23-25mpg. Top speed 60mph on 93 octane always. (can only get 87,89,93 and 94)

i usually wind my GSR up high on the first shift and then shift before the secondaries open... i'll put it in 5th at only 40mph it doesnt give me any response at that speed but it's enough power to keep the car at a constant speed and i get like 26 mpg
