Default ECU help!!!

ok i swapped a 94 GSR motor into a 99 GSR and planned on keeping my obd1 ecu, so i got a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness, but where one of the connectors plugs into the harness has no wires coming out of the conv. harness. its just an empty space. this is really hard to explain. can some one please help me out here?

There should be one empty space. As long as there are three plugs going from the OBD2 section into the OBD1 ECU, it is normal.

no no no no, yes you are right about the 3 plugs, leaving one open, 4 slots total. im saying saying that the plug left open(with no wires) is the one i need to plug into not the one with the wires coming out. look at the pinout and you will see 3 good size slots and one smaller slot, i need to plug into this smaller slot but it has not wires to it. ill post pics

You got a bad harness. Whoever made that put the wires in the wrong part.

Buy a harness made by a company or a reputable person because it looks like whoever made that is completely imcompetent.
