This all depends if the oil is passing through your piston rings or your valve seals. It's either one or the other if you are burning oil with your combustion. I would do a cylinder leakage test to see whether if its the valve seals or the rings that failed before going and rip things apart/ordering any parts. Who knows until you get the leakdown done, what if it's only the valve seals, then you would only have to pull the head and deal with that....much easier imo.

Someone mentioned Vavle seals. How much is it to have those replaced? I have oil on my #3 Cyl spark plug. The car is not smoking and seems to run just fine. Is this a valve seal prob or poss a bad ring?

my local machine shop asks $40 to inspect my valve guides and press in new (16) valve stem seals which I provide. The stem seals are about $1.33 each from Honda/Acura dealer but I got mine in a gasket set. If your taking the head off, you must replace the headgasket, and you SHOULD replace the head bolts, I suggest ARP's but you can get aftermarket bolts for $55 from Mad Dog racing. ARP studs will set you back about $120. A headgasket on ebay is about $40 new. If you drop the pan, replace the oil pan gasket $10, and the oil pickup gasket $5 you must replace this! While your doing all this get the head cleaned, its $50 at my local machine shop.

Valve seals would only smoke during vacuum.

Piston rings will smoke during hard driving and full throttle.

mine smokes pretty much during full throttle but since i'll allready have the head off it wouldn't hurt to replace valve seals as well, does anyone know where to get pretty much an entire gasket/seals set cuz i'd much rather buy everything so even if i don't use them i have them when i need to replace them

and i'm talking pretty much every gasket and seal in the entire engine...
