Default my car cant get warmed up.....

here's a pic of my temp gauge after going 65 mph for about an hour.
Btw its about 85 degrees outside.
The temperature gauge would actually start aproaching NORMAL right after i STOP gasing the car. But it will never go above Normal.

Thermostat broken? BTW this hurt my engine?

that does look to be a little on the cold side. your thermostat may be starting to stick open, especially if you're noticing big movement in the needle between cruising on the highway, and sitting idle. replace the thermostat, and flush your radiator while you're at it.

by the way, running too cool is indeed not a good thing. your gas mileage will suffer, among other things.

That looks about normal to me....maybe just a tad too low, but not much.

same thing with my '96 gs-r... i have only seen mine at halfway once, sitting in the drive-thru at jack-in-the-box. otherwise it never passes 40%. i always thought that was a good thing, since my first car ('82 accord) literally erupted into flames one day after overheating.
