Intake: .08-.12 mm (.003-.005 in)
Exhaust: .16-.20 mm (.006-.008 in)
The cam seal is pretty small. I purchased a Golden Eagle one and I was very surprised when I first saw it. I haven't heard of AC tech but if it has a good set of o-rings that would provide a solid seal, it would be an upgrade from the stock OEM crap.

I made my own Honda valve tappet adjuster wrench! Saved me $50! I took a box end 12mm wrench and welded it to the top of a 12mm deep throat socket, stick a small flatblade screwdriver through the hole in the top and waaallllaaa! My own custom tool, cost me $14 w/ welding.
