have a 91 teg looking for some ideas to boost performance. such as CAT, CAI, Throttle Body, Exhaust, not looking for a turbo

 

Supercharger or turbo are going to be the only real noticable difference. But you can start the basics CAI, Headers, CAT and exhuast. What kind of motor you got?

 

Those little bolt-ons won't do anything for a B18A except make it noisier. You could start with the basics and waste around $1000 on a CAI, header, and exhaust for about 5-10 hp, or you could either piece a turbo kit together or have a nitrous setup for around that with much more power gained.
