Ground Control vs Comptech
Well, the plan was to install my new suspension parts over the long weekend. Maybe catch the local SCCA Solo II on Sunday, after installing my new Ground Control coilovers (Eibach springs / Koni yellows) and Comptech rear tie bar / sway bar combo.
A frozen rear shock bolt put that plan to rest, but that's not the point here. I spent a great deal of time struggling with the coilover kit. Vague directions, no parts list, some parts I didn't need, several parts missing that I did need. Parts quality was fine, but when you have to guess where things are supposed to go, based on incorrect or missing pieces, you get frustrated. Combine that with a slight attitude from the GC sales force, and you got yourself the makings of a crappy weekend.
Then I decided I might as well go ahead and put the Comptech stuff on the car. Wow. Now that's how a product should be handled. Excellent directions, all the correct parts. The tie bar was an absolute work of art (of course it fit like a glove). Got a nice channel to route the ABS lines through. They even supplied a roll of teflon tape for lubing the bushings.
I have no idea how well any of this stuff works, I'm still waiting for the rest of my Ground Control parts to arrive. But I do know that when the Integra hop up funds are renewed, and I'm looking at exhaust systems, Comptech is at the top of my list.

Well, the typical (so I hear) rear lower shock bolt was frozen up, so I didn't get the rears off until Saturday. Then I discovered that NONE of the existing OE washers, sleeves, etc. would fit the new shocks. Of course, by then GC was closed for the long weekend. So my plans to get the car done and get to the local autocross were shot.
Sorry if my post was so negative, it was a frustrating weekend. My point was not to bash GC, but to praise Comptech's rear bar assembly. It was the bright spot in an otherwise gloomy weekend.

Point being, of course: where are some good install instructions for the GC coil-over sleeves. I'm gunna be brave and attempt the install, and I'd imagine some specific directions would be priceless. Anyone know of a site with Integra-specific install instructions?

Quality and fit is top notch on all the stuff I've messed with (all the stuff in my sig plus my cousin's header).
