Default Tire Rubbing Front Fender?

I Have Read Alot Of My Fellow Acura Owners Have The Same Problem. I Have 17's On The Car The Front Fender Sits Right Over The Tires. It Onlt Rubs If I Hit A Bump At High Speed (highway). Under The Fender There Is A Lip I Guess Where The Fender An Frame Connect That Is Cutting A Line In My Tire. Could I Bend That Up Or Cut It Without Doin Any Damage? If Anyone Has Done This Hit Me Up.
Good Lookin Speed Freaks!!!!

Is your car lowered and if so how much? How wide are your tires? Mine rub but only if I hit a hard bump, not sure if you can roll the lip under on the front fender.

Omnipower and Skunk2 make the best front camber kits.

You could roll the fender by sticking a baseball bat between the tire and the fender and gently and slowly rolling it while bending the fender upwards.
