have a 94 Integra LS. The horn and "chirp" isn't working.
Checked the fuse box and its not a fuse problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to proceed to fix this problem?

Chirp? Does it work for either of the horn buttons? Check the connections at the horn just behind the front bumper.

 

by chirp and horn you mean when you lock your car with a remote or something? Or the horn doesn't work at all when you push the horn buttons on the steering wheel?
If the horn doesn't work when you lock/unlock your car with a remote, my hunch is that it will fix itself if you disconnect the battery and connect it again. the same thing happened to my old security system and the problem went away after disconnecting the battery to reset the system. hope this helps.
