Default Fuel Question

I have read that the application of a cai and headers, in addition to the voltage drop from the alternator to the fuel pump and the fuel pressure drop from the pump to the fuel rail can cause a lean condition. Is this true and would something like the APEXI VAFC 2 be a suitable solution?

VOltage drop from alternator to fuel pump, and fuel pressure drop from pump to rail won't cause anything....there's a reason the fuel pressure regulator is on the fuel rail. As for CAI and header, that won't cause a lean condition either. You won't need any added fuel until you get into cams, high compression, or forced induction.
