i have a 91' integra LS and the other day after i filled it up with fresh gas it started sputtering when driving it.

EXAMPLE:

When i am at a stop light the car will sometimes die or when taking off die and it will struggle to get the rpms back up to normal once i have a good enought rev (4500) i can take off. I am pretty sure that the fuel filter is whats bad but i just wanted your guys opnion.

 

when was the last time you gave the car a tune up?

 

as in a tune up what do u mean

about 2 days ago i dropped all the fluids in the car new brakes new plugs and wires and all new filter expect the fuel filter

 

You should do the cap and rotor and also the fuel filter and see what happens

if it dies I would say the alternator

 

Drain the gas, put in GOOD gas.
