Best way to remove a stuck bolt besides an impact wrench and WD-40? caliper bracket bolt is a bitch got to change the rotors. unless its safe to have one cross drilled sloted rotors on the drivers side and stock on the passanger i need help!

im not going to melt anything like abs or my break line. my brother has paid for everything and done all the work he has run out of money and cant fix any more stuff we just need the bolt off to finish the job
