people with 1 piece header....
I didn't have to remove anything but the old header...just takes some maneuvering.

I had to pull the slave cylinder off in order to get it in.
It was a pain in the ass for what it was worth, but I got it in. It may help to remove the AC condensor fan to give yourself some more room.

On my 99 it was no problem for me. I removed the heat shield. Sprayed all the bolts up top, got under the car, undid it from the cat, a twist and a turn and it drops right down. Put the new header in, bolted it to the head, zip stripped the tension springs closed, got back underneath, made sure my donut gasket was installed and badda bing, badda boom, Joey Buttfuoco.
ditto. I put my DC in from the bottom with my car only 1 foot and half off the ground on jack stands. You have to kinda hold it sideways to get it started. Once you get it right it should go right up with out any scraping or or anything. keep in mind though that it was close so a different header w/ different shaped runners might not fit.
