Help on Integra Side Molding?

I wanted to get the those moldings that stick out on each side of the integra, I dont know what they are called. I was wondering if anyone could help me on how I would go about doing that?

why would you want to do a thing like that? are you trying to replace the factory side molding? or are you referring to a wide body?

they are held in by clips. just pop them off. you will then need to have the holes filled and repainted.
