My engine/tranny shifts too much. i'm trying to get polyurethane mount inserts, I was wondering if it the regular polyurethane GS LS RS Inserts would fit my GSR mounts.

 

Yes, they are the same. Just make sure that you get the manual transmission mounts since they differ from automatic transmission mounts.

I need to know if anyone knows of a write up on how to remove a B series oilpump. I know it seems simple and all but the once you remove the crank pully there is the thing the the crank pully goes onto it looks a whole lot bigger then the hole on the oil pump. Help!
