Default vtec does not pull hard any more why?

well before when i got the itr which is a 97 the vtec would pull hard and now i cant fell it pull, its all sound does any one know why its like this? will i ever feel it pull again is there a remedy ?

yeah the high cam engagement works off oil pressure
if there isn't enough oil, then VTEC cant engage properly
also, is the car warmed up correctly as well,
VTEC wont engage if the engine is not at operating temperature
check your solenoid as well

probably just used to it, I agree. Get some aggressive cams. that worked for me.
