Default Is the Greddy SP2 legal for use in CA?

Yes, I searched but I am not finding a direct enough answer. Does anyone know? I'm beside myself on choosing between the WS2 and SP2. I know the WS2 is, but I want to know if the SP2 is as well. I kind like the way the SP2 sounds over the WS2 but in all cases, to lose the heat on my ass, I want the one that is legal for the street, if both are... great, if not WS2 here I come.

Either one is a good choice because of the less noticable design and quieter exhaust tone. Like SPOONFed said, keep the cat in there and it shouldn't be a problem.

Well I did some more research and the answer was right under my nose. No not te greddy website, it is not specific to that info. on the SP2. I looked at the back of an Import Tuner Magazine at a Greddy Ad and there it was, legal and best for the street, noise and emission wise. So there we are.
