i have a 1990 integra with a 95 B18B engine in it along with other mods (check my pro)but... I brought this from my brother and i have a few problems that i need help with...

problem 1 my instrument cluster is out of the dash, aparently the speed gauge wasnt working... tested the ohms on it, it seems fine, but now i cant get the speed cable in the back, back in... hands and arms are scraped from doing this, is there an easy/easier way of getting it back in?

problem 2 my fans arent working nor is my air conditioner..nothing is blowing on that car period...i have no clue where to begin on it... any help...

problem 3 there is a large cable that is "just hanging" around in my engine bay... i swear i have seen it before on my last integra but i just cant think what it goes to... it looks like it comes from behind my firewall up to the front driver side headlight...

i know there is more but this is plenty to get me started.. please help
