i didn't carfax it but I'll tell you that its not even worth it. He states that the car is a salvage title from theft. Think about it like this the car was stolen and so many parts were taken from the car that insurance salvaged it as being less cost effective to replace the parts. Basically someone slapped it back together and sold it to someone. The salvage title alone will rape you for insurance, let alone the problems you'll see along the way. For a '95 GSR you could get a non-salvaged one for that price and peace of mind. I would tell you never buy a salvaged car, its not worth it and resale dies, unless you can find someone stupid enough to buy it, kelly blue book for a 80K GSR in excellent condition is $5705. Be patient, if you really want a GSR u'll find one.
