Fuel Consumption
Hello Everyone,
i got a 97 integra anniversary edition, there are no modifications done to the car watsoever. Everything is stock and got 95k kilometers on it. I am getting 400 kilometers off one tank with AC turned off under normal weather conditions and i am not an aggresive or a roygh driver. You guys think its enough or should i be getting more off a tank. please comment.
thanks

That is pretty crappy.
I suggest a full tuneup of spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor and see if anything improves. I have a boosted GSR getting better fuel mileage than you, so a tuneup is a good idea.

I'm gettin 460 KM off a tank with a gs-r, and I fill up when the light comes on. If you fill with 1/4 left like my parents do then that sounds about right but it's really subjective. Despite what shmoo said it seems right...
One other thing you can also check is the paper air filter and make sure it's clean/new. Cap and Rotor would be the next best thing, IMO. I'm going to do that to my car soon.

The LS is rated at 31 mpg highway and 24 mpg city, 400km is about 240 miles per tank, so he is getting a little under 21 mpg if he fills up with 11.5 gallons (much less if he puts more in). Sounds to me like he either is in need of a tuneup or he has a lead foot and does all city driving.
