muffler <MERGED>
$50's pretty cheap considering they've to chop your old one off, take the hangers off it, weld them to your new one at the right angle and weld it to your old pipe and make sure its aligned right.
Putting a fart can on stock piping is just retarded. If you are looking for performance, get a full catback system, which will sound better, look better and perform better. It sounds like you just want the noise, so more power to you but don't expect anything more than noise.
I really suggest doing it right the first time and either get an exhaust shop to make you some thicker piping and weld the muffler on or invest in a full catback.

All right guys, tone it down. :a:

if you get a full catback system and cut off the muffler and replace it with a "universal" muffler do you lose or gain any horse power? i say this because i cant find a full cat back with dtm style muffler so i figure i could just make one
