Default Cant get interior lights on!!!

Ok, well a while ago we were wiring up my subs, and my dumb ass friend grounded the power wire for a sec and blew a fuse. The only way i knew that was becuase the interior lights would not come on. So i replaced it and for the life of me cant remember which one it was.

Yesterday i had to install my cig lighter. I had to remove it because i installed teh vtec light where it is. And i guess in the process blew a fuse. Now at night with the lights on i cant get my gauges to light up, the heater/ac contros dont light up, and the clock dosent dim with the headlights on. I literally removed and replaced EVERY fuse in the entire interior fuse box and reinstalled them all. Everyone was good. Lights cont come on. I totally forget what i did last time to make them come back on. Any ideas???

also those little amber lights...i guess the running lights dont come on. The blinkers and hazards come on, but when you go the the 1st click for the headlights they dont shine.

Could i really have wired the cig lighter wrong that it would matter and effect the lights like this? I have no other ideas. I removed every fuse in the interior box and installed them again. I checked my fuse for my subs and thats good...im stumped.

The cig has a wire harness, so you can't wire it up wrong unless you take them off.

I've been having problems with my cig lighter. I was fixing my e-brake and had my center counsel off. Once I got done I had to plug in a few switches and then when I went to start my car, poof, blew the fuse. Angery story short, I went through a box, 2.50, of fuses after I unplugged everything.
The strange part...The first fuse I pulled from my car was in the spare fuse spot. The cig lighter had no fuse. I thought, Hmm, thats strange. So the next fuse I tried in there, nothing, then I put it in the proper spot and it blew. So...WHAT THE HECK is wrong with it? I had everything pulled from the cig lighter, yet its still blowing.

Yeah, there has to be a short or something...i cant believe no one else has any input??????

My running lights wont come on, my gauge lights, none of the ac/heater controls light up, clock dosent dim with headlights, and when pushing my alarm button, lights wont flash anymore.
