Taking an unreinforced LS block to that will blow your motor. Unless you plan to reinforce it, don't do it. The stock rev limits are there for a reason.

i wouldnt buy those things, they royally fawk up your motor and your bone stock motor wont be able to handle it like shmoo said.

i agree wit them too.. maybe if u build ur engine up.. n put vtec head in there.. the chip would proably work but no guarantee.. cause that seem alot of torque for juss LS

You can still put a vtec head and blow the motor to shit. Yes, it will make power that high, but the stock LS rod bolts and bottom end were not designed to rev that high. You need to reinforce it with at least stronger rod bolts, a balanced bottom end, and possibly a main girdle.

there would be no point in having that chip. Unless you have other camshafts/valvetrain, you wont make anymore power. If you notice any dyno sheet, the power drops off as you near the redline, so unless you have other modifications, you wouldn't gain anything.

well if all you're worried about it "blowning a value n piston" i say the chances of that happening (whatever that means) is zero.

all you'll be making is more noise in an RPM range that high with a stock LS

Save it for when you build a motor. I would never use generic chipping anyway. Adjust your rev limiter with an EMS or something reliable and known.
