Default 1991 - electronic seat belt won't retract - PLEASE HELP!!!

I got this same problem, anyone else ever get them to do it and what am I reffering to and saying when I do it?

take it to your dealer they will fix it for free.
they fixed mine.

there's a small grey box in the right lower quarter pannel when it gets wet and it does the go bad

I say just for having them screw everyone else out of so much money, once they fix it, squirt it with water and have them keep replacing it.
