I own a 94 LS and am about to buy a rear sway bar from a JDM R. I was just wondering if their is a hitch with this switch.

 

You need some sort of reinforcement to the subframe to prevent tearout since the LS/GSR subframe is thinner down there than the Type R. There are several kits out there that will reinforce it.

It is a great upgrade, though, assuming you have taken the proper steps to prevent that dreaded subframe tearout.

 

or u could get the comptech rear tie bar/sway bar combo, which works great and same sway bar as the ITR..
