Drag 2 kit for $1600?

i might be able to get a drag 2 kit for $1600. what is the difference between the 2nd gen and 3rd gen? What are your opinions on used turbo kits (this one supposedly has only 10,000 miles) ? all info and input is appreciated. thanks

The exhaust manifolds on the DragII's are apt to cracking, so it might be worth a little insurance to buy another manifold as well. Thats a good price though not withstanding.
