I doubt it, unless you were going to swap out the entire drivetrain.

No. People have gone to the trouble to swap the entire engine and tranny, plus all the many little modifications that swap requires, but it's in no way practical. One would much better off spending the extra money on an RSX TypeS, or maybe an ITR type swap. There are really too many ways to make a B series perform better to list right now.

Of course that isn't alway pracitcal either. But keep looking into things. There are ways to make an Integra pretty fast without going crazy.
