I had a 95 integra witha B18c 1and thats was an OBD1, I pretty sure they did start making the OBD2 until 99.

My God!!! You bought a car that wasn't even running? Good luck and I pray that it starts up and runs fine when you get the ecu, dizzy, plugs, wires, etc. in there.

OBD-II was a US federal requirement for all 96+ model year cars.

Not much do decode, look for the one that starts with a 9, whatever number that is after that will more than likely get you your answer.
