Default b&m fuel pressure gauge help..

i just installed my b&m fpr and gauge...the install went fine until it came time for the gauge. its leakin gas, and i uninstalled and reinstalled it about 7 times to see if it was just a mistake i made. i applied telfon tape to all the areas it said to as well as on the brass fittin to the fuel filter. still leaking! its leakin between the brass fittin/copper washer and the banjo fuel line. i cant figure it out, all the washers are in good condition and are not bent at all. i cant understand why its still leakin, any helpful ideas?

Try redoing the teflon tape and do it again...make sure it's tight enough.

Did you use new crush washers? If not, that's likely your problem.

i used the washer that came with it and it said to use the stock on on the bottom of the banjo line if it is in good shape. it looked nice and straight, not warped so i reused it, i think i may replace the tape and both crush washers tomorrow if i can find someone open tomorrow that will have them.

Bleh, I'm not too impressed with B&M. My gauge is stuck at 42.5 PSI. Unhooked the fuel rail the other day, needle didn't budge.

What would you recommend instead? I need a FPR and gauge before I book dyno time and I am stuck on which one to get.

Just keep an eye on it and if it goes sketchy get something nicer, and you'll already have the mounting hardware.

I've heard a lot of people having problems with the AEM FPR as well. I haven't heard so many problems about the B&M FPR, but the gauge.

Yeah I can't comment on the FPR, I'm just using their gauge.
