A B18B should work just like the B18A... it's just a couple heater hoses, radiator hoses and a non-critical line to the throttle body.

Ok, I know the two main hoses that go to the radiator. But where I start getting lost is the rest of them. The opening that it has on the water pipe in the back goes to where?? and theres also an opening on the bottom of the throttle body and the back of the manifold (i think its called the IACV or something). Theres also like 3 or 4 medium sized coolant lines that come off of the firewall...
