I was driving behind a teg from cali the other day and it looked really clean but something was off and i couldnt figure out what it was....his tail lights. They were all red like the 98+'s(w/ the white reverse light) but it was also white where the amber turn signal was on the 94's and he had a yellow bulb in it. It looked really good. I've been wanting some 98+ but these are even cooler, any ideas??

 

They are stock European Integra taillights. The turn signal is almost pink.



If that wasnt what you saw, then they were painted.

 

yeah, thats what i saw. I dont recall them being that pink but then again it just might not have registered in my head. Where can i pick up a pair, any alternatives? Cost??

 

Alternatives I guess would be picking up a cheap set of clear tails and spraying them...or maybe Nopi or one of those places sells copies of these tails? I dont know...

But you would have to order them directly from a dealer or salvage yard in Europe or Australia or something...or know a shop that deals with one of these places. They're pretty tough to get.

What kinda exhaust is on that Type R? I would like to get an angled exhaust on my geezer.

 

I just bought some clears with the intention of painting them... I put them on to see how they'd look clear and I wasn't thrilled. But, I put amber bulbs for the turn signals and it looked sweet at night (a lot cooler than my stock '97 rear turn signals).

Too bad that was the only thing those lenses had going for them. Now I'm trying to decide how I want to paint them... I definately would like to keep the turn signals clear with amber bulbs.

 

The exhaust looks like an HKS Hiper.
