rubbing sound during sharp turn

rubbing sound during sharp turn
I took a corner at about 50 kmh hard in the rain, car slid a little bit, my steering wheel full over and as i'm sliding I hear a rubbing sound. Is that my car tire rubbing against the wheel well and should I worry about it?
