oh my bad. but did you push the thingie in the middle down? it should be snug in it's resest.

^^ like he said. If it's leaking take the FIT apart and screw in the plastic plug. If your not getting any suction i think you have to replace it.

You aren't supposed to adjust or disassemble the FITV. It can only be replaced with a new unit if it is defective.
