Default Car Won't Start

I have an 89 integra. It will not run. I pulled a wire and put a plug in it and tried starting the car and the plug sparked so i know im getting spark. i also pulled the return fuel line off and tried starting the car and fuel started pumpin out when i did, so i know im getting fuel atleast to the injectors.

So i'm getting spark and im getting fuel to atleast the injectors but the car will not run. I checked the EFI fuse and it is fine. i never had any problems or signs the car was not working right, it just would not start one day.

What can i do/check/fix next???

Please help me!

Does the engine catch a little bit, or does it just turn over?

Sounds like a problem I just had. My distributor went out and took my main relay switch with it. Had to replace both.
