Default Before buying

Hello, I'm looking to buy a 3rd gen integra pretty soon. I currently own a 88 Rx-7 and it has just become to much of a headache. Parts are way to expensive and it just has become unreliable to use as a daily driver. A new problem seems to arise with this car every couple of weeks and I can no longer afford repairs. I don't have a whole lot to spend but still would like a car with a little punch, that is why I decided to go with an integra.

I have searched the forums for a few hours now, and begining to understand about them before I actually considering buying. Anyway I'm just asking for opinions on whether or not you would say this is a good option for a daily driver. I'm looking to lightly mod it and just keeping it clean and simple.

Thanks in advance.

Thats what I was looking into, something cheap low miles. Just something where I don't have to pray as I turn the key.

As for my 7... I haven't decided, I may just part it out and take a break from the rotary, I love that car but it has just put me in the poor house.

A low mileage LS or GSR (depending on budget) will be one of the most reliable cars out there while still providing a good amount of power and a great aftermarket if you plan on doing a little modding.

My GSR hasn't given me much of any problems considering it has almost 140,000 miles on it and is turbocharged. I drive it to work practically every day without problems.

yea my 91 ls has 197k and its starts everytime and is always reliable, the 90 ls that im parting or using shell has 256k , a dead cyl, fed up exhaust ( holes in header all the way back, leaks oil like crazy, and it still made the 40 mil trip to my house, these things cant die and i said yea cuz i got it for free

I have decided to go with the teg. You guys convinced me I mean a car going strong and have 197k on it is worth it in my book. You'd be lucky to have a 7 go past 150k.

I know its on the wrong forum, but I have a 97-LS with a 129,000 mi that I'm looking to sell, if you're interested. BTW I agree with what some of the others are saying here...very reliable, never had problems, etc.
