Default is a lightened flywheel worth it?

I am about to install a exedy organic stage 1 clutch, should i do a lightedned flywheel? Is it worth running the fidanza flylwheel (7.5lbs) on a stock gsr? opinions?

I got one in my civic. withh a clutchmasters fx300. it makes a noticeable difference, in the way the car accelerates, not a whole lot, but it is noticeable.

Do a search. Tons of people have asked this question. And no, 7.5lbs is not to light. I love mine.....

Yes it's worth it, the difference is night and day, I have the same flywheel and love it.
