Ls non-vtec build up
I'm running about 150hp stock I want to add 30hp more before I ever go forced Induction I also want to do it before I put on a header, cold air intake, catback exaust so I was wondering if any one knew how I could do that I imagen I would have to put in new piston, cams and such does any one have any suggestions Basically thanks for any help
If you have a 94-01 Integra, you are running 142hp stock... not 150... now, if you are planning on going FI, start saving up for that instead, because your air intake and header will not work with a turbo (header for sure, some intakes could be made to fit, but most don't), so the only salvageable part would be the cat-back exhaust...

Yeah, 142 at the flywheel but much less at the wheels. Like teevee247 said, if you have your heart set on FI (the best option), an intake and header will be useless. They are a good place to start if you just want some cheap modifications.
30hp gains on an LS motor will require a lot of money unless FI is involved, so just keep saving your money for the turbo kit.

this could help, then if you are insane(and good)enough, you can turbo that setup.
