shmoo if i get hondata. What do ineed to run it on my 00 gsr to make it work. Im thinking of getting greddy emanage but no. I need gsr blue box since ls bluebox wont work. Are you running blue box shmoo??? Did you tune it . Have you had problems with the turbo with blue box so just plug and play basically? Yes i decided to sell vafc since it wont control timing ignition.

If you plan on Hondata or Uberdata, you will need an OBD1 P72 or P28 ECU along with an OBD2a to OBD1 conversion harness.

Emanage sucks. I had it and it was good at first but then it started throwing random CELs for no reason. The installation manual is riddled with typos and errors and the splicing insane. It will take several hours to splice every optional harness in and it will hack up the factory harness to shit. If you are going with a piggyback, keep the VAFC and don't even bother with the Emanage.

I am running the blue box right now. I don't know if there is a difference between the LS and GSR box, but it would probably be wise to get the GSR one just in case. The blue box is untunable, so it is just plug and play.
