Default GSR VS Prelude

Quick question . In stock trim which is faster in the 1/4? GSR or Prelude both in 5 spd? What times also?

I really hate threads like these.
10 seconds with a copy of Road & Track gives you the answers.

From R&T: Nov 1998
Integra GSR:
0-60: 7.1 sec
1/4 mi: 15.5 sec

Prelude SH:
0-60: 7.7 sec
1/4 mi: 15.8

It's a pure drivers race, with slight advantage to the GS-R due to weight. Both platforms have respective advantages and disadvantages, leaving a 1/4 race to mostly depend on drivers and driving styles

It is really funny that if you posted this same question in the Prelude forum, they would all say that the Prelude would beat the GSR when the times The Other Dave posted prove that false.

Duh h:

I wish I had your guys engine and body paneling. If I could add those two things, I'd be happy with my current car (As I've replaced all of the additional suspension equipment with better than ITR stuff ), as I also love having a moon roof and a spare tire
