Those AEM Brakes, are they new?

Where can I get my info/research from? One of the shops I always go, is charging too much, another one that I've never been to can do it for roughly 3700 (without manifold), my friend tells me to resleeve my type r and get like a hondata or a AEM management system. Some other friends say just to live it the way it is, that is fast enough, so I really don't know who to listen to.

But yes, the LS kit will bolt right onto your Type R because of the similar cat and throttle body positions. The Greddy kit is good for smog legality and quick spool-up but if you want better power gains and don't mind lag over power, look elsewhere.
