idle problem
i have a 91 integra ls and today i was sitting in traffic and i was in neutral then it started reving itself. it goes from about 700rpms to about 1600 then back down and it keeps doing it over and over and over but only when im in neutral.please help

Sorry but i feel i'm allowed to say....................SEARCHIN'??!
You'll be able to find a ton of posts regarding the problem you're having. search "idle problem", "iacv" (idle air control valve). Good luck.
