It takes me at the most 5-6 minutes to remove my bumper only because I don't need to undo one of the screws for the side part of the bumper (Its broken and it keeps scratching my side panel) and I don't need to undo the plastic under the engine bay. That stuff has been long gone due to a previous owner

I got that from team-integra.net Just search on their site or just pop the trunk, grab a philips and unscrew the screws you see. Once you get those just search a little.

The rear bumper can be a pain, you have to remove the plastic covers from inside the trunk to get at the bolts holding the rear bumper on.

I put on a 98+ rear bumper, and for some reason it wouldn't fit over the bumper support with the styrofoam piece on it....but the bumper supports are the same between 98+ and 94-97.

I don't either. I forgot to put it back on after the turbo install and I said screw it and just threw it away. I highly doubt that a little chunk of rotting syrofoam will do much of anything in an accident.

i think the styrofoam on the bumper protects your frame of the car a little bit if you get in an accident.....not too sure, correct me if im wrong....im looking for the diagram right now but cannot find the rear bumper one....

I'll be getting a Helms CD from eBay in the next few days, if you haven't found it by then, let me know.

I do have two little plastic blocks on each end of the metal for the bumper, maybe in place of the styrofoam?
