I beleive all OBD1 hondas use the same method to check CEL's try this thread here... https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=185065
It's even got a video showing you how. Also check the Integra FAQ thread in this forum, and the online resources thread in the civic/del-sol/el forum for info.
Once you know the code post it up, and we'll take it from there..

It should be in a green rubber thing with another connector in it. In the passenger side foot well, near the door.

Code 41 is a heated O2 sensor problem. I could mean that the sensor is just un-plugged. Take a look at the connector for the O2, make sure it's not unplugged or wires falling out of the connector.
Pull the negative terminal from the battery for 30 seconds, to clear any codes. Then start her up and see if it comes back. If so go get a new NGK/NTK O2 sensor, or an OE one. Bosch may require you to rewire in your existing connector.
