Can anyone tell me what the "Secondary oxygen sensor heater" is and where its at? Im guessing along the exhaust?

It's in your Catalytic Convertor, screwed in from the top.

when i threw a code 65 is was due to wiring and not the o2 sensor itself....itsnt 65 the o2 sensor CIRCUIT fault?
