Suspension mods....Alignment Problems.
Ok, bear with me because I don't have the printout from the alignment shop. 95 SE with AGX shocks and Skunk2 Sport springs, lowered 1.6F/0.75R. I took it to the shop today for an alignment and the guy told me that he barely got the front camber in spec, (this I believe). The rear camber was OK as it was. But rear TOE was very far out (Toe out) and he could NOT adjust it, everything was already set at it's adjustability limit. I am having trouble with this one...it was only a drop of .75 on the rear. Will that mess the toe up that much or should I take it someplace for a second opinion?
I think you should get a second opinion. When I lowered my Integra with Neuspeed sport springs (1.75f/1.5r)and took it to Town Fair Tire for an alignment they didn't have any problems. They also told me there was no need for a camber correction kit as long as I keep the tires rotated at the recommended intervals.
Well I've rotated my tires just last week and no sign of camber or toe wear after 9 months of use. If your toe is out of spec get it straightened out as soon as possible

Yeah, I think I'll get a second opinion too. The problem is, the guy (can I say idiot?) said there was no way he could adjust my Toe, the lowering it .75 took it to the limit and there was no adjustablilty left....that I just don't buy!
A camber would be good and make it a piece of cake for just about any shop to do an alignment. The camber is also good because it keeps unwanted pressure off of the axles and joints. Notice a car w/a camber kit wheels will go up and down on a bump. W/out they still go up and down but at an inward position.
Go somewhere else.
