is tokico hp or illuminas a better shock to get?

is tokico hp or illuminas a better shock to get?

I'm not sure which one would be better. I've been told both so far. Thanks for your help guys.

Best in what regard? As far as quality they are both about the same. The Illuminas are adjustable where as the HP's are not. If you need/want adjustablility I'd go with the Illuminas.
