Default Help...Idle rpm see-sawing from 1000-2500rpm...WHY?

The car rocks back and forth like that...it's embarrasing. I did a search but not sure what to look for...most people bet on dirty IACV...some one O2 sensor...but I don't have CEL. This is a recent GSR swap. Thanks so much

I recently had this problem right after I replaced my head. My problem was that I had a vacuum leak. Look for a leak or crack in one of the vacuum hoses.

Exactly.
JimBlake made a great contribution on how to adjust idle speed.
