Anyway, after talking with my acura dealers, and my local mechanic they said that the fuel problem was the fuel gauge sending unit, well $76 later i have come to find out that that IS NOT my problem because i just spend $75 to still have my gas gauge constantly read full

So im still at a loss.

Also pulled the speed sensor, the connections were spot less, and the teeth were perfect. Im beginning to think im going to need a new gauge cluster. If per chance i get a new gauge cluster, how would this work. I know its going to be hard to find another integra with 76799 miles on the odometer. So if i get one with like 40k, or 140k, what do i do then?
Call your local police station, explain the situation and ask them if there is a good speedo shop near you that you can have the milage adjusted to 76799. Some people get pulled over for going 64 in a 55 will fight that their speedo was off and they will need a slip from said speedo shop indicating that it was and the problem was corrected. Or else look in the yellow pages. Worst case, the dealer can do it or will know someone that can.

id go to an authorized honda dealer and ask them to check it out, they might charge you but at least you'll know whats wrong and have it fix somewhere else for cheaper

and about the mileage, what is the last date and mileage that carfax recorded ?

Good news guys, my odometer came back on last night!!!

No idea why, i was playing with all the gauges yesterday getting pissed off, pulled the entire cluster apart, put it all back together, and it still didnt work. Then I took my sister to the store because she was getting me a early b-day gift (head unit) and about 9 miles into the trip it turned on and has been working since, so far i put 85 miles on my odometer hopefully it will keep working, before it worked for 53 miles then froze, then 12 miles and froze, now im at 85 and it still works.

My gas gauge on the other hand still is frozen. But i ordered another gauge cluster.
