Idle tensioner/timing?

Idle tensioner/timing?
Is there an idle tensioner on our cars? 1997 Integra LS... I think my idles need to be tuned. What is our normal idle? Mine is idling low at about 4-500 rpms and drops and fluxuates when Im at a stop...

uhh....an idler and a tensioner are two different things, there is an idler pulley on the a/c and there is a tensioner pulley timing belt, i believe there is also an idler pulley also but i could be wrong
